Professional License Application

All Professional license applications must be submitted through the online system (Mehan) (mehan.nhra.bh) including new license applications, license renewal, license transfer, license re-categorization, part-time practice, and performing surgical procedures.

Professional Qualification Requirements (PQR)

All new license applications will be assessed based on the PQR's below as per their profession


Licensure Examination

All professionals must submit a complete license application through the online system prior to being permitted to appear for the licensure examination. Once a license application is approved, an eligibility code will be generated for the applicant and sent to him/her through the online system. The candidate is to use the code generated to register for the licensure examination.


Visiting Physicians/Dentists


Renewal of License

All license renewal applications must be submitted through the online system (Mehan)(mehan.nhra.bh) TWO MONTHS BEFORE THE LICENSE EXPIRY DATE

Obtaining Certificate of Good Standing

All licensed/registered healthcare professionals may request a Certificate of Good Standing through their online accounts in (Mehan) (mehan.nhra.bh) .
